Last winter, Sara and Adam of Hometapes sent Machine my way, and after one play through, I was mesmerized. I listened to it on repeat during the holidays and in the months after, partook in one of my favorite projects to this day – designing the duo’s identity and album. It’s always special when you design for something or someone that you can truly get behind. This was one of those projects. The cover artwork (by Melanie Little Gomez) offered another beautiful component to help inspire the rest of the design and allowed for some play with reality and fantasy. It was an awesome collaboration, and I’m so excited their full album is out in the world now.
