A few friends and I dreamed up SwapYourShop in March 2009 and now, a year later, we’ve launched the Beta site. SwapYourShop is an online community that allows creative professionals from around the world to connect with one another and set up a “swap” – the two individuals will swap spaces (home and office) for a temporary period while working remotely for their current employers. In essence, you get to experience a new city and keep your job.

These designs of the online community are very much a work in progress. You’re seeing: a user profile (as if you were logged in as that user), a search page, a forum and a general text page.
